Mutligas Installations were invited to tender for the concept design and installation of high purity gases hydrogen and nitrogen pipelines for an extension of a large laboratory.
This included two new autochange manifold systems with pipeline supply to outlets within the working zones. A complete monitoring system with flashback arrestor and flow control valve, including a shut off panel system where part of the original design concept.
The new 316 stainless steel pipeline was to be thermal couple cleaned with close face orbital welded .The above installation was pressure tested and commissioned in accordance with BCGA CP4 guidelines.
